Michael Joseph
Senior Director of Engineering
Mr. Joseph leads American Wire Group’s engineering and quality strategy across utility, renewable, and industrial markets, with over 15 years of experience in wire and cable manufacturing, design, testing, and failure analysis. He provides technical leadership focused on risk reduction, standards and specification compliance, and scalable growth. Michael is an active member of IEEE and ICEA, and serves as Chair of the Utility Power Cable Standards Technical Advisory Committee (UPCSTAC), helping shape industry standards and best practices. He holds both a B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and works closely with commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing partners to align engineering execution with revenue and performance objectives.
