Mr. Norman Russell, Executive Vice President, has 32 years’ experience in utility cable engineering and sales management. Prior to AWG, he worked at Okonite, Pirelli and CM Cable (now CME) in engineering, distribution management, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, and business development. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, cable engineering, supply chain management, spend analysis, procurement, sales & marketing, quality management, product management/design, budget, and financial management. Mr. Russell has in depth market knowledge of electrical utilities, renewables, primary metals industry, federal, state and local government, industrial construction, mining and mass transit industries.

She was managing a multi-discipline engineering team including civil, structural, electrical, and SCADA/communications responsible for the design and implementation of more than 4500 MW wind and solar projects.

Ms. Patricia Pinter is a proven executive leader and CFO for global corporations with multi-billion-dollar P&Ls. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience with growing medium- and large-sized companies in similarly highly competitive industries. She has experience leading technical modernization and product development initiatives to optimize capital investments, command market influence, and build sustainable profitability. Patricia attended Georgetown University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from St. Mary’s University and an MBA from California University in Hayward, California.

Ms. Chafel is responsible for developing, overseeing, and implementing strategic sourcing and supplier relationship strategy, managing material and services for AWG’s spending in the US and internationally. She has served in several leadership positions at National Grid, brings extensive experience in developing and managing supplier relationships, process improvement and project management. Ms. Chafel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Guangdong Foreign Trade Institute and an MBA with concentration in Finance from McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.

Has been a member of the AWG team for over 16 years. Ms. Gerenshteyn graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a BS in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation. Over the years she effectively implemented a process for inside sales support, which complements the outside sales group by efficiently supporting purchasing agents who contact AWG directly to request a quote for a spot buy or an immediate order. She is an expert on every aspect of the ISO certification. Ms. Gerenshteyn successfully initiated and maintained a Quality Assurance Program for AWG and later helped AWG transition to new ISO standards 9001:2015. Most recently, she launched a new division specializing in electrical materials other than wire and cable, transforming AWG from a niche company into a complete energy solution for its customers.

Brings to AWG a strong knowledge in Engineering and Construction of large renewable projects. He has a deep understanding of the players involved on these assets and its financials implications. Mr. De la Peña is in charge of sales and marketing to AWG’s international markets. He is located in AWG’s branch office in Spain. Mr. De la Peña graduated from Seville (Spain) and Marseille (France) University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with concentrations in International Trade.

Is responsible for sales and marketing of all AWG wire and cable products to the Electrical Utilities in North America and to expand sales in the high-voltage underground cable and subsea power cable markets. He has 27 years of industry experience. Mr. Blaha formerly worked for Nexans High Voltage USA, Inc., as its Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Manager for high voltage land cables and managed the subsea cable sales and installation in North America. He was previously in charge of the high-voltage and specialty cable group at Marmon Utility – Kerite, as its Global Sales Manager. He earlier served in multiple sales management roles at FCI-Burndy, now a Hubbell Company, and holds a degree in Earth Science and Mathematics from Southern Connecticut State University.

Most recently, Mr. Virani was tasked with the development of the North American market for utility products at Nexans, as well as leading cross functional teams for the High Voltage business group, to expand the market for the business.

Is responsible for sales and marketing of all AWG wire and cable products to the US Utility market. Mr. Guerrero brings 40 years of experience in the Electrical Manufacturing and Distribution business to AWG. He previously worked for Shawcor Connection Systems Group as Western Regional Sales Manager for Shawflex and DSG Canusa products responsible for sales into Distribution, Utility and OEM accounts. Prior to his employment with Shawcor, Mr. Guerrero worked with the Nexans Cross Sales Group. His responsibilities included support and representation of Nexans’ Global manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Oil & Gas markets. He also worked for the Nexans High Voltage Group where he supported the underground high voltage market in the Mid and Southwest Regions.

Mr. Moore brings over 30 years of experience in global wire and cable manufacturing, with leadership roles across product development, engineering, process engineering, and technical sales roles. Before joining AWG, Mr. Moore served as Director of Energy with his previous employer where he specialized in the development and expansion of the renewable energy division. Mr. Moore is responsible for leveraging AWG’s vast network of distribution capabilities, technical service, and cost saving solutions for the renewable energy market with customers in the wind, solar, and energy storage sectors.

Mr. Brewer's experience within the Electrical Industry spans 20 years in Sales, Sales & Project management, Collection Systems & Substation Material Estimation with a focus on Contractor and Industrial Sales, Renewable Energy and the Oil and Gas Industry. He has traveled throughout North America working with Utilities, Municipalities, Co-Ops, Developers and Contractors ensuring prompt product delivery and customer satisfaction. He has attended and exhibited at numerous Electrical Trade Shows including IEEE, REPC, NECA, Power Gen, AWEA, CANWEA, DistribuTech, Coal Gen, PCIC, NWPPA, and the Alaska Utility Conference.

With more than 23 years in the wire and cable industry, Mr. Sauceda provides vast experience centered on crafting and strengthening customer relationships for long-term partnerships. He holds a Honors Bachelor of Science in Business Management from University of Phoenix and concentrates on renewable energy projects at AWG.

Mr. Joseph brings over 13 years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, field testing, and failure analysis of wire and cable systems rated from 5 kV through 500 kV. Prior to joining AWG, he was a Senior Applications Engineer and cable system reliability expert specializing in manufacturing comparable field partial discharge testing and defect root cause analysis for new and aged cable systems. Mr. Joseph is an active member of the IEEE Power and Energy Society and Senior Member of the Insulated Conductors Committee, participating in several working groups developing IEEE Guides and Specifications.

Mr. Müller has been a wire and cable applications engineer for Canadian and U.S. markets since 2010. He has experience drafting and revising customer wire and cable specifications, as well as technical standards as a part of CSA and ICEA technical committees. Mr. Müller provides customer and sales technical wire and cable support and training, including presentations, webinars, technical documents and tools. He is the Chair of CE Code, Section 4 "Conductors", Vice-Chair of CE Code, Section 12 "Wiring Methods", and voting member of the CE Code, Part 1.

Brings over 17 years of experience in wire and cable marketing. She holds a BA Economics from McMaster University in Hamilton, ON, Canada and she earned her MBA International Business from Niagara University in Niagara Falls, NY. Prior to joining AWG, she worked for an international wire and cable manufacturer, in several different areas including market research, event management, strategic marketing, business development, market intelligence, sales, and services development. In her career, she has worked with distributors, utilities, EPCs, contractors and OEMs to better understand the needs of the client.
